Red Fir Ranch has been home to 3 generations of families since the early 1940's. The founder, Kerby Hines, cleared the land with his own two hands and built every building with local stone and lumber from the property. The stone foundation of the buildings have held up, and only the inside of them have been renovated, along with some minor external treatments.
The property had the original house and barn. With an added covered arena set up for cattle work. The old foaling barn was converted into a cow barn, and two holding stalls were attached at the end. When the original barn was refurbished, the 4 stalls at one end were converted into split stalls, so they can be 4 normal stalls, or 2 foaling stalls, and runs were attached to each of them. The old arena was latter redone and is currently used for Working Equitation.

This is the Feed and Tack Rooms. The hallway is lined with paintings from Avery Jennings, who trains when she isn't in school.
